Need ideas for 20L

I have a female in a 20 long and am thinking about redoing her tank. she has been digging in her humid hide (has eco earth in it) and wanted some ideas for what I could do with her tank to allow her to dig more if she chose.here is her current set-up.

Well, I went to the local pet store an came across a good deal on a 40 gallon breeder. Only thing keeping me from getting this is the question of whether or not I should put my male and female together in one tank. I'm not worried about babies as I have already planned on breeding them eventually, but I am worried about the health of both of them. I dont want him to stress her out by trying to over breed, especially when she is only 7-8 months old. both are over 50 grams, but as i said, im concerned about her age. With it being a 40 gallon, as long as I have 2 of every hide, they should be fine together right?

I think the major problem is babies, however if one gecko is smaller than the other there could be a concern for potential aggression/bullying.

Both are the same size give or take a gram. Same length.
