need morph help

I'm thinking about picking this guy up but I don't know what morph he is n the owner doesn't either

Jeez from the picture it almost looks like a blood hypo.... Even if it's not blood from that pic I see shtctb an eye shot would help a lot

however.. i dont see carrot tail and i i see spots on head so not baldy..
