Ok. Penelope throw up Sunday morning. 5 meal worms still completely intact. She ate 5 crickets that evening. She has not pooped since then and has eaten 1 meal worm and 2 crickets since then and this is what I find this morning.

I've only had her for ten days mad she fine till Sunday. I had her on reptile carpet till Saturday and changed her to paper towels and that's when she spent most of her time in the humid hide put her back on the carpet on Tuesday and now she goes back and forth. Temps are checked everyday. Warm sides runs between 89-96. What can I do

96 is quite warm. I might try to get the temps to stay under 92 with a max of 93. Also make sure you're measuring the ground temperature. The air temperature should be more in the mid-80s on the warm side.

The regurgitation might worry me. Your picture looks like shed skin. If she keep regurgitating food and/or skin and your temps are correct I might have her tested for crypto and/or take her in to see a vet and have a parasite test done. The most reliable crypto test is done by avianbiotech.com - you can send to them for a free testing kit and send it back to them for about $35. Well worth the peace of mind in my opinion if you're worried.

Good luck!

Thank you. I will work on the temps. I hadn't seen her begin a shed. Oh and I did give her a warm bath yesterday and tried to massage her stomach and I have noticed that she has a darkish blue spot on her under side up near her chest

A few dark spots are normal. You can usually see their liver and spleen. If the darkness is more than half of their belly and more black than blue I might worry but spots are usually normal. Sometimes they shed really quickly and you don't notice it. Especially when they are little. Adults usually get a bit cloudy a day before they shed but not always. I might soak her twice a week at most. She may just be stressed and the soaks could make it worse. Just make sure she has a nice moist hide and try to heat her tank with an UTH instead of lights and she might be okay. If it persists you really need to do the test or seek out a vet to figure out what the root of the problem is so you can fix it.

The combination of issues makes me worry about crypto, too. Did she come from a breeder or store? I would definitely try to get her in to see a reptile/exotic vet.
