need some advice

hey all, it's been a while since I have been on here but I am back! and need your help.

I got rid of my 2 cresteds and their planted terrarium (zoo med) while I was still in college last year (sold them in July) and I have moved home and am going to school MUCH closer to home now. I am writing this because I miss my little guys and I decided I NEED to get a few more. I want to get the terrarium with plants,vines ect like I had before, but I do not want to buy them from a pet store when I know there are cresteds that need homes. Could any of you help me in finding some cresteds in need of homes that don't cost a lot. College kid here! I still have a lot of my things from owning them (food and water bowls, eco earth ect)

Can anyone help me out? I'm located in Maine. All help will be greatly appreciated

Try to attend a local reptile show close to you they normally have great prices and are usually a little flexible, especially if you take more then 1. :main_thumbsup:

Also, there are sometimes people looking to sell or give away the ones they have. I just had a kid today try to give me his crestie at a local show.

Like everyone else said, try to attend a local show. You can usually find cresteds at great prices and don't have to pay shipping charges. You could also check faunaclassifieds and pangea forums classifieds and see if anyone is local in Maine. Or possibly just look up some breeders on those sites. I try not to buy cresteds from petstores because I know many breeders that put a lot of hard working into their cresteds and don't mind paying the extra buck.
