Poor little guy. He does look rough. 0:
Until the vet can rule out diseased, I would definitely keep him quarantined from your others. Also wash your hands after handling him. I would just try and keep him hydrated. Try crushing/mushing the wax worms and mix with some water. Drop it on his nose so he can lick it off. There is a recipe for a slurry, but this is just utilizing what you have.
Good luck, and keep us updated on his progress.

6 wax worms is a feast for such a thin gecko. It may have upset his tummy. I usually say start off with starved animals slowly. Offer 5 mealworms - no more! - in an escape proof bowl and let him alone so he can relax and be as stress free as possible. If the mealworms aren't eaten change them in 24 hours. Putting the bowl close to the hide he's in may help since he may be kind of tired and weak and walking across a big cage may be a lot of effort.

If he ate 6 waxworms and kept them down that is way more than enough calories to sustain him till Friday and possible even a few to spare to put down some weight. He definitely needs to start eating regularly but slowly is better at first when coming back from such rough shape. Hopefully the vet can give you something to jump start him and get him putting on weight soon.

Definitely keep him away from your others just in case he has some parasite or disease that they could catch. Good luck and let us know how he improves!
