If the super hypo tang is of the co-dominant lineage (Ray Hine line hypos and/or carrot-tails) then yes, the baby should exhibit hypo characteristics. Typically those show up after the post-hatching shed, particularly if its parent is the "super" (super form is spotless body and head, baldy if you will, versus the hypo girl I like with the head spotting) form. So yes, all babies should technically be hypo. Super hypo babies are fairly easy to tell, especially after post-shed.
