hey every1!!! i am new 2 the gecko parenting & i just got my baby gecko this past sunday at a reptile expo in orlando. nemo is a beautiful lil creature & i hope this set-up is good 4 my baby. i have a powerade cap w/calcium powder in it, it's kind of hiding behind the fake leaves in the pic. but plz let me kno if this is a good set-up 4 my new baby. the hide 2 the left is the moist hide, containing spaghnum moss. all input is gr8ly appreciated!! thanks 4 looking! :)

Looks pretty good! You may find that a tile substrate will be easier to clean but for the time being there's nothing wrong with the carpet

hey guys, thanks 4 helpin me out! :) really appreciate it!!!! & josh, i'd like 2 get tile 4 my gecko & i have yet 2 get it 4 my beardie as well. wudnt it be best 2 just wait 4 my gecko till i get him a bigger enclosure, 4 when he gets 2 big 4 the 10g he is currently in tho?

Looks like you have all the basics there, good job. :)
As for the 10 gallon, it should be okay for an adult Leopard Gecko. So long as there is only one in there. Bigger is always better though. It definitely makes creating a temperature gradient easier if there is more space for the heat to span out.

ty khenut!!! yes i certainly agree bout the bigger is better part! once he is a lil bigger, i will definately be upgrading 2 a 20g enclosure!!!

thanks diego. i have since changed it around a little bit. i now use a tuppa ware dish w/spagnum moss 4 the moist hide instead of wut i had set up in the pic. i took out the hide on the right in the pic & that's where the moist hide is now. & left the half log hide where it's at in the pic w/out the spagnum moss.
