My female layed 2 slugs in late feb, and she hasnt layed any eggs after that. Whats up with that? First time breeder female and male. I heard they can retain sperm for like 9 months or so but its been a really long time. and the weird thing is, she is hiding in her laybox and she has gotten really fat and stopped eating, could she be holding eggs? Shes acting like she was when she was last gravid.

I had a female lay in late 09 like in November. She did not lay again till like may of 2010. I think that its just first time females, but I don't really know. Good luck this season.
