Hi everyone,

Im new to this forum. Yesterday i purchased my first Leo, she is 8 months old female, she was a bit timid when i brought her home but i just let her be in her tank all night without any intrusions. I handled her this morning and she was very inquisitive, and friendly, she has been using both her humid hide and her hot hide, whilst doing some exploring and climbing, she has had a munch on some crickets, so im taking this to mean all is well so far.

Not sure what kind of Morph she is, so i have put a couple of photos in just in case anyone can enlighten me

Thank you
Charlotte

Hi, I am new to. your Leo she is gorgeous. If she is eating and moving about sounds like she is happy and healthy :) only thing I find once you get one you want more lol.
as for a Morph I'm not sure been looking online at some and I don't know much only ones I can see with a pattern like her are Tangerine and ofc she is Yellow not orange. sorry couldn't be much help there. Have you named her yet?.

Morning,

I think I may have gone cross-eyed looking at all the different morphs on line and I came to the same conclusion as you about the Tangerine, but like you said she is yellow, and she is a dirty yellow too, she isnt mega bright, whether she is going into shed is quite possible though, at first I thought Hypo but the Hypos I have seen have many more spots on their heads and less on their tails.......she seems to be the other way round lol. Its difficult to make out on these photos but she has a little bit of a carrot tail too.

She has now taken a lull in eating, but im gonna let her do what she wants to do, she is still active and roaming around in and out of hides so I dont think I need to worry too much, she got a bit panicked when I picked her up last night but I did eventually calm her. Im really used to robust Reptiles like iguanas and beardies, and she is so delicate lol.

I have named her Echo, it was an accident at work when someone miss heard me and said 'You're getting an Echo?' and thats where it came from.

Thank you for the reply I had asked this question on another forum and have yet to get a response so i really appreciate it.

Charlotte :D
