New baby!!!!

Well..
egg 1 got cracked..

egg 2 got tossed out of the dish when another bird wanted to use it.. (days away from hatching!)

well she layed 2 more.. and finally I have a little baby dove!!!!
one egg left should hatch in the next 3 days!

Why is it in her food dish?

because doves are to dumb to build a nest.. i gave them things to do it.. made a nest box. mad that dish into a nest.. they just kept tossing it out...

its pretty common for them to lay there..
and its soft enough to keep the eggs and holds heat well..

so what ever floats there boat.. i just make sure its about half full always..

Hehe wow how awesome! Yeah once you get over how really ugly baby birds are then you can realize how cute they are! idk that made no sense.

Cute but ugly at the same time. And all pink, thats neat.

They eyes are turning dark and getting feathers..
