New Crested and a question

I picked up a Crested gecko this weekend for a Exo-Terra habitat I had on-hand, but when I was installing the gecko in its new home, I noticed it was missing a few toes on its back right leg. I returned it to the pet store and swapped it with a fully-toed gecko and was told by the employee that I could possibly adopt the toe-impaired gecko.

I know that I would have a better environment for it than it has at the pet store. Their humidity is too low, which likely led to the problem in the first place. I'm curious to know if housing a pair of wee cresties in a 18" x 18" x 18" enclosure would be a potential territorial issue. Also if a partially toed gecko would have a miserable life, or if it would just have more character.

I have not had any loose toes, but that should not effect the geckos life, as long as it came still climb and whatnot. As far as the tank goes its a little big for little ones, but I don't see any problems due to it.
But post us some pictures =]

Edit: Oh I found the pic! and btw if you do decided to put two in a tank of that size I would recommend keeping the tank pretty bare until the geckos grow bigger

the picture of the gecko on the finger is the missing toe'd one?
looks like it has MBD, its bottom jaw is jutting out pretty bad.

if that was the replacement one, then you have a right for your money back because you've bought a sick gecko.

i hate the way 'petshops' are only in it for the money. today, i was just outside london (england) and i passed a reptile shop that i thought would sell cgd, when i went in to have a look, there was a tank of tiny tiny cresties and the label stated they were all female! they were like 2 inches long!
