Today I brought my clear eyed leo to a couple experts at the Cleveland Reptile Show and no one has ever seen anything like it.
When the light is right, you can see right into my gecko's eyeball and it's not a health issue! So I contacted the gentleman whom I received the gecko from and found out he had 2 more like that from the same parents, and a baby that has 2 clear eye morphs!!!
This proves it's genetic, and everyone can tell these guys aren't blind.
The genes are from Tremper Albino Females, and the other gentleman who is holding these new morphs mixed the Tremper with a Mack Snow and got this stunning baby in picture 1. This one has both clear eyes!!!
Alot of people have their doubts, but you can only see this morph in person until we get a good photographer. I understand your doubts, but if you could see them one time, you'd be amazed!
What steps do I follow to start establishing this as a new eye morph?
I have two other posts on here showing different pictures of my clear eyed gecko but everyone just demanded better pictures, which I don't believe is possible. It seems as though you can't photograph something "clear" inside an eyesocket. But feel free to look at my other posts and see for yourself.
