welp, i ordered my mealies last week to be here today...somehow they went somwere else. So I went to horrid petco to buy some meallies. Seen this little one for 15 bucks...what can I say. I bought her just to watch her change..I love the tangs this is the darkest ive seen though i will be interesting to watch her colors as she matures.
By the way, just to get it out of the way, she is being quarinined, will be taken to the vet and most likelly treated for parasites and what not. I do indeed realize her tail is very thin..i just got her tonight. Enjoi the pics

Very nice! Great find! Surprised you got him at a petstore...when I bought my first leo from a petstore I paid $30 for a normal...not that I don't love my little normal leo . Be sure to keep us updated on his/her progress!

She's beautiful! The petco out here has had lots of nice tangs, albinos, pattys, and albino pattys for only $15.00... if you can find a new shipment before they end up getting sick and give them TLC to get them up to weight, they do quite well.

Hey if it helps any - my SHTB looked similar to yours (different band pattern, but that didn't matter since they've all faded anyway) - dark orange like that too. And I can post before and after pix if you want? I know when I got him/her I liked to see other people's before/after pix for comparison of what I might expect.

Great color for such a small petstore gecko! I would say at that age/size, the tail looks of a normal size.
