Hey everyone!!

I'm new here, just wanted to start off by saying Hi :)

Anyways .. I came across a ad online of someone selling 3 gecko's, and what made it really awesome, was that this person lives about 2 minuets away from me, I'm a little bit out of the city so normally driving around sucks, so I found it really awesome how this person lives by me, to get to the point I am so glad that I will be getting them tomorrow .. plus they don't know the sex of the gecko's so I'm really hoping there is not two males in there, i'll def be picking up more tanks if there is.. but I really hope I can help get these guys back to health

Is there anything else that I could do for these guys ..
I'm for sure taking the sand out and putting in just paper towels.
Giving them a heat pad
Moist hide
water dish ..

I've never had to deal with geckos in this condition before ..
I'm thinking a vet checkup is the main thing?

All of what you've listed seems fine, definitely need an UTH (under tank heater) and moist hide, get rid of the UVB light, and you definitely need to get rid of the sand! How long have those geckos been on that substrate? If it's been a long time, there is a higher risk of impaction in the animals, a condition that can easily prove fatal if not immediately treated by a qualified vet.

If at all possible, I would like to see some ventral (bellyside) photos of the geckos, to get a better idea of the sex, as well as if the impaction is visible. Ideally, they all should be housed separately, in their own enclosures, as housing multiple geckos can open an entirely new door for health and safety problems.

From the photos, I see two Normals and an albino (would need an eye picture to get a better idea of what strain). The albino looks in better condition than the other two, who quite frankly look pretty bad; malnourished, frail. I see a rather thin tails on both of them, as well as a regenerated tail on one. This could be a classic example of dominance and competition when housing multiple geckos, as well as the dangers of having geckos of different sizes together.

I agree with you, a vet visit for these three definitely needs to be in order, along with getting them individually housed immediately. Keep us posted!

Oh, and welcome to Geckoforums! :)
