Hello I am new here I have just bought 2 leopard geckos. One is a male and one is a female. I do have them in seperate cages. I looked up a site on the internet on how to tell a male from female. Now What do leopard geckos like better for heat? A heat lamp or a under the cage heater pad? And how do you create humitidy in the cage when the top of the mesh cage top will allow it to escape? Do they like plants?
Right now I just have a rock water bowl in each cage and a rock hideout. What else do I need to make them both happy? Also my female shed and she has some skin still on her toes and I read this can be bad and cut off circulation of its not removed.
