Well I got my Leo a week ago... He's 2 years old I was wondering how long will it take him to get adjusted to his new home and when can k start to tame him down cuz he's very wild right now doesn't like to be touched or handled so I don't handle him at all he hasn't ate yet either I but mealworms in there every like 3 days to see if he'll eat no luck yet I'm not worried yet just wanted opinions

On the point of handling: All geckos have different personalities and though, in my experience, leopard geckos are the most likely to be sociable, there is always the possibility that you will have a flighty gecko that doesn't want to be held. A new gecko will always need a couple of weeks. You have an adult gecko so whether or not they have ever been handled before may contribute to whether they'll want to be held again. It is easier to socialise a baby but an adult can absolutely adjust. I'd start by just keeping you hand in the cage but not touching the gecko. It let's them know you're not there to hurt them and you're not a predator. It's always better to have them approach you. They may when they become more familiar come up and sniff you (tongue may come out too they have scent glands similar to snakes). After familiarising yourself with your gecko having them walk into you is ideal however going from underneath them supporting them head to tail is important. Handling them over a surface is important initially because they may try to run away or jump out of your hands.

On not eating: there are a few reasons why your gecko may not be eating. Depending on the current health of the animal it may be nothing to worry about. If your gecko is currently healthy and has a nice fat tail it's more than likely nothing to worry about and may be going on a hunger strike for any number of reasons. However, this is absolutely something to keep an eye on. An animal that's not eating is not eating for a reason and if it goes on for more than a week or two I'd absolutely recommend seeing a reptile specialist about it. My only other point on correcting this could be the way you're going about it. Do you know if it was fed mealworms before you acquired him? Do you feed them in a dish? I have a very hard time getting my leo to eat from a dish instead I have to let her hunt them on the stones in her terrarium. I use a tile stone bottom. I would not recommend this if your gecko is being housed on sand because ingestion of sand can lead to impaction and the death of your animal.
