New Leo.. Something doesn't seem right

I picked up this big girl a few weeks ago and something just seems off to me. The thing that catches my eye is her spine. Her spine isnt the peek of her body, it kind of dips down or levels off. I am not the most experienced so I am not sure if this is normal with age or not. Her feet are not in the greatest condition, I am working on that. I get a little skin off there a little at a time until she gets too fed up and squirms too much. I have recently noticed the sacs behind her arms. I have not gotten her to a scale yet, but she's bigger than my 60 gram gecko. Her body also seems very flat to me. She hasnt found the food bowl yet, but will eat mealworms if I offer them personally. Kind of seems to me that she is old and saggy from a few clutches or something but I don't really know, any comments would help me help her or help me calm down haha.

I really took this picture to see the sac, but it's a great picture of her spine.

very pretty girl. i think marcia posted something about skeletal issues when the heat is too high, maybe she can chime in on this. as far as the "sacs" behind her front legs, that seems to be normal and i have heard they are calcium stores. i have had several leos with that and it comes and goes with no issues. is she moving around ok? she looks like a healthy weight to me.

Marcia did say something about skeletal issues when I described it but she also said the heat caused her not to take in the calcium but if she has the calcium sacs, how could that be so? She's taking in extra amounts of calcium, just not using it?

She is at good temps now, I can't say what her previous owner had them at, I imagine hot with not much of a heat gradient. It was a square tank with a heat pad and a heat lamp.

I agree she is a good weight and pretty looking its just that her back seems off to me.
