If you're not sure about your environment you can copy the questions from that and fill it out. It's normally for if the gecko has a problem and people want to get a best guess diagnosis but I see no issue with just filling it out to make sure you're straight. I'm sure someone will give you a heads up on what you should think about changing, or if there's any serious problems what you can change immediately. That way you can start to establish a baseline. My best advice is don't touch it while it's getting used to its new home.

Yes I agree, what a cute little gecko! She looks a bit frightened on the pic. A good idea is to live her alone on her tank for about 2-3 weeks. You can just feed her and clean her tank till then :)
