You can post your pics in the leopard gecko "morphs and genetics" section to get some replies. Looks like a normal and super hypo tangerine to me, but I can't be sure without knowing the parents.
There is also a section on the care for leopard geckos. Keeping them on sand isn't your best option because they can eat it and get impacted. Most breeders have good care sheets on their websites/facebook that you can read. I have one on mine if you want to take a look.
