New light box and some pictures

I just made my first light box but will need an advise about what is the best light bulb that I can use, also what is best to iluminate from the sides or top? Any advise will be appreciate it.

Here are couple of pictures of some of my breeders for this coming season. I hope you enjoy them!!!

You will want non direct light from both sides and the top with daylight bulbs. Use bristol paper on all sides for the diffusers. The bristol paper should be the only thing between the light and object being photographed.

Yes I have 3 dark one and I noticed that the females get lighter when ovulating but after couple of days get darker again. In one of the picture you can see one of them lighter than the others 2 but she is the most darker one. The other one is already gravid.
