New Photo backgrounds

I was just bored the other day and was practicing 'Architecture Handwriting' and just trying out some new Artist Pens (so disregard what the writing actually says) but decided to take a photo shoot of the geckos against this paper. I like how it's different and unconventional, but I'm just wondering if it takes too much away from the gecko. It seems like it might for the top one, but for the SHTCTB it seems to make it pop. Idk, what do you guys think?

I like it for your SHTCTB, and I think it looks neat, but for selling purposes (don't know if you would use these for photos for geckos you are selling), it might be too busy.
