new possbile gecko room

i keep my geckos in my dining room and always wanted my own gecko room. I have a small office type room in the house that is now vacant. I wanted to convert this room into a gecko room but i just wanted to see if it was an ok size. It's 9ftx4.5ft. I'll probably only be keeping an adult rack that houses 14 geckos and a hatchling rack that houses around 30 (for now). It looks to be a good enough size. Just wanted an ok or assurance from you guys.

Here is a pic of the entrance. The bookcase won't be there.

thanks, my only concern was ventilation since it's a smaller room. There is a window but i dont want open it because of temperature drafts.

You can make a hole in the wall and maybe install a ventilator like those in the public or hotel bathrooms ... Dunno ...

If the door is open on a regular basis, there would be plenty of air exchange. The fan idea is good to help with the smell.
