New Rack Is Here!

My new rack from Animal Plastics has finally arrived.. Only.. 3 weeks later than we wanted it to. :main_laugh:

I'm working on assembling it now, but our drill isn't charged. :main_no:

Is that the Economy Rack? If so they are pretty easy to assemble even without a drill.

From what i was looking at when getting my AP racks, that does appear to be the Economy Rack. I'm SOOOOOOO hoping that i get my rack by the end of the month. They said 3-4 weeks and i ordered it on the 26th of Dec.

It is the plastic economy rack, but you can't do it without a drill, as there are not pre-drilled holes.

Its all assembled now. Pictures to come.

Issues I'm facing: 3 pronged plug... My thermostat is 2 pronged.
Finding the right sized tubs.. Sterilite apparently doesn't manufacture the model that this rack was designed for.. Buyer beware!

That's because AP doesn't use Sterelite in the Economy Racks or their Iris racks. you will have to Mens Shoe boxes or boot boxes from the container store. i just ordered 20. w. shipping it comes to about 90ish or so

i was looking at those too, they look really neat, and i like to shoe box idea, ive been building my own racks, but working three jobs and looking after my rept. is all i can do now,around how much does a rack that can fit a moderate amount of adult leos with tubs cost, and ive looked at their heating implements, does anyone kno if they are any good for leos? congradulations on your new rack, hope to see pics soon.....kyle

how's the rack coming how well dose it work I was wondering cuse I was thinking of getting one ( need to do something running out of room ) so the heat tape is mounted in the self itself?

I have two of those racks. The heat tape (for belly heat) runs in a slot they route out of each shelf. They are nice racks, I feel for everyone that is waiting on them, that is the hardest part with them 3-4 weeks gets stretched way out :main_yes:.
got mine before the sterilite tub discontunuation so they were predrilled, good luck with setting those shelves!
