New to this place, found a gecko this last weekend, caught it, and housed it. No clue what it is, indyana suggested a mediterranean house gecko, I also was told it might be a leopard but I honestly have no clue! Willing to learn all about this guy though. I have 3 chameleons, 1 veiled and 2 ambilobes, this is my first gecko though. Seems easy enough to take care of but we shall see how it goes! I'm used to using height not length in my tanks, also lights instead of UTH. Look forward to learning!

Looks like the geckos I caught outside my house in TX lots. I assume it's a Mediterranean. They seemed to get super stressed in captivity and lose a lot of weight after a couple of months so I let them go. Hopefully you have more success than I did!

Yup medits.. at that size they could easy take on crickets the size of their head

He does seem to be a medit.. Hopefuly i have luck keepin him! If hes not doin well ill let him go, but we shall see what happens. Appetite seems pretty good.
