New setup....questions

Below is a picture of the setup I have for my new little gal. Trying to figure out if my setup is OK or if there is more i need to add to it. I have read a lot of the setups and I am not sure if I need some sort of heat lamp on top or something like a ceramic heat emitter to add some more heat to the tank. Any opinions would be appreciated.
The little girl seems happy enough, but just want to make sure I have what she needs to continue to thrive.
I have a 20 gallon long glass tank. We added a thin sand layer and then covered that with slate tile. I have the repitherm UTH heater (medium) under one side. I have two hides for her and a humid hide made out of a Tupperware container with paper towel in it right now. Although I am looking to trade that out for some coco fiber. I am not sure if I have the humid hide in the right spot since it does not seem to really get that warm in there?
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Do you have a temp gun to measure the surface temperature in various spots around the cage? The warm spot should be around 90 degrees. If you can't get that with the UTH, then you might need to consider adding a ceramic heat emitter (or removing some of the sand?).

I think it looks very nice. The humid hide doesn't need to be as warm as the warm hide, so as long as it's toward the warmer side of the cage, it should be fine.

Thanks for the reply's. That is actually the temp gun sitting on top of the enclosure. The warm hide measures right at around 90 degrees and the cool side registers around 77 degrees.
Good to know about the moist hide. I really wasn't sure about that.
Thanks for the input.
