Ok, so I have had my two leopard geckos for about 3 months now little less, and everything has been going fine.... until now. I got them both when they were babies not even 3 inches and one is almost 6 inches (Yellow Spots) and one is stuck at 5 inches (White Stubbed tail) because when I got her the pet store dropped a rock on her and she dropped her tail. It healed and grew back fine, well anyways recently the yellow one has been showing signs of dominance, tail wagging when food comes out, sleeping on top of the white one, and the white one all of a sudden has become shy and doesn't come out as much. She eats but not as much as she used to. She has been shedding okay twice a month same with the yellow one. Is this dominance proving a unworthy match between the 2? Maybe two males? The yellow one has been growing faster it seems than the white one but that might seem that way because the yellow one has a full tail. I plan on getting a second tank if its something to worry about. Just thought I would get advice from a community that knows what they are doing. These are my first leos, I am used to taking care of bearded dragons with no problems, and I am not used to having two reptiles in a tank because you cant do that with beardys. Sorry if there are any typos or grammar mistakes I am doing this from my tablet. Anyways here are my tank specs, will be changed to 15 gallon tomorrow(Pay Day)
10 Gallon tank(Tomorrow will be 15), Heat Pad on bottom, Calcium dish, Moist Hide, Dry Hide, Probe thermometer, hot spot 92-95, cold spot 88, night temps stay 92-95, also have a red heat bulb for when it becomes a little to cold, reptile carpet, and shallow water dish. They are fed on meal worms and crickets, with a mix of phoenix worms every now and than(whatever bearded dragon doesn't inhale)
Thanks, Cory
