i think it's a female hypo tangerine (super hypo tangerine if all the black spots on the body dissapear), though a picture of the base of the tail would help more in telling the gender. it looks like it's in good health but it would use a bit of extra weight. love the orange :D

also wondering about the temp inside and how to keep it right, its around 92'F in there right now and that seems a bit hot, aslo have a heating pad under her cave where she is all of the time, the lamp is just a normal 50w day white light right above the cave, thank you

She's pretty!

Leopard geckos need belly heat, so they don't actually need lights. Lights can stress them out. With a light right above your heating pad, it's probably getting too hot. You can take the lights down completely because she doesn't need them.

All my reptiles did the same thing when i first got them its totally normal for them to stay hidden for a while, also I'd suggest not handling her for atleast a week and lwt her get used to her new surroundings and slowly get used to your hand. That's a beautiful gecko u got there any way.

ok i see, i have read about how they need to have a good ideaa of day and night so thats why i had the light up, i can for sure tell that she likes to com out and do stuff when the light is out, it would be great if i did not have to have a light on her at all im just wondering is that is an alright thing to do take away the lights all together

its perfectly fine to take the lights away completely :) She will be fine. what is the floor temp right on your UTH? That's the temperature that needs to be regulated, not the air temp :) She's very cute too, btw :) I agree with female hypo tangerine carrot tail :)
