And I was wondering....I have a young Leo that I bought for my son, my other son said that we NEED another one for him. Can I house 2 Leos together? I dont know what sex the one we have is. It is about 4 1/2-5" long.

I would say house them individually, that way each boy has to be responsible and care for his own gecko ;). You can house leos together in a big enough tank if they are both female and they get along well after a quarantine period for the new one; two males would just fight.

Yes, leos do better when they're housed alone. Sometimes even females can't get along with each other. I have one female that'll bite all living creatures in her tank.

If you try to house mutiple animals together you still need a 2nd tank all setup and ready to go if there are problems.

It is best to house them individually.
