Hi, Im starting to breed leopard gecko next year most likely and was wondering if I really need to buy a incubator thing... I was just thinking of leaving them in my closet and maintain a temp of 80-85 about

I agree with Nigel. The best thing I ever did before I started breeding was to invest in The Herpetoculture of Leopard Geckos. It was the best thing I could have ever done. It laid a good foundation of knowledge.Nigel4less said:Well expect to pay over $100 for your incubator set-up...Not to be rude but if you dont want to spend $100 on your incubator how can you expect to feed, house, heat all your baby geckos which will cost you alot more then $100 dollars. But please read lots of articles and talk to as many breeders as you can since this is a big responsibility.
