- Has he/she had any problems in the past, if so please describe.
B) Fecals
- Describe (look any different than normal)
- When was the last time he/she went
C) Problem
- Please briefly describe the problem and how long it has been going on

Housing:
A) Enclosure
- Size 20 gal long tank
- Type (ex. glass tank) glass
- Type of substrate
- Hides, how many, what kind started out with 3-1moist, one cool and one warm but Ron Tremper told me to take out everything and put the moist hide on the warm side.
B) Heating
- Heat source UTH
- Cage temps (hot side, cool side) warm side is 92 and cool is 78
- Method of regulating heat source I have it on a regular lamp regulater
- What are you using to measure your temps
- Do you have any lights (describe) 50 watt red lamp overhead
C) Cage mates
- How many (males, females) one gecko
- Describe health, or previous problems Got him in December he didn't eat for 2 weeks then started eating 3-4 mealworms/crickets for about 2 weeks and just stopped eating. Since January he only eats one mealwrom/cricket every couple of days. I am at my witt's end! His tail still looks a bit fat to my amazement, but surely he can't go on like this forever.

Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much) mealworms/crickets
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, ect) dish
B) Supplements (describe how often) since he has been eating like this I have been dusting food once a week.
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands) reptivite with D3
- What are you gut loading food with zoo med natural cricket care

During the winter months I assumed, after asking lots of questions and doing lots of research that he went into brumation or something like that. It's almost June and I don't think it's brumation. I am in a rural area and there is not reptile vet around. The pet store where I bought him said all their geckos were in brumation and were hardly eating either. I went in the other day and they said all theirs are eating well again. My gecko falls asleep everytime he comes out in the evenings. whenever I see him out he is sleeping somewhere in the tank.

The pic with the penny was taken in January when he was about 3 months old and the second one was taken a couple of weeks ago. I was so desperate i contacted Ron Tremper on facebook and he told me to take out all hides but the moist one and put it on the warm side because the gecko was in the moist hide in the middle all of the time. That was a week ago and I asked him yesterday how long he thinks it might take for him to eat again and he said he didn't know because all geckos are different. I know that he is supposed to be eating at least 3-4 mealworms/crickets per day. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

The second picture looks like he's growing and he's a healthy weight. How big is he now? If you don't have a scale can you put the penny back into the picture for comparoison? I feed mine 5-10 mealworms every other day until they're about 40g and then they get half that until they're grown. I would get a scale and weigh him once a week. If he's not losing weight I wouldn't worry about how much he's eating. Some of mine are ovulating and have been off food for the most part since January. I weigh them and make sure they're not losing too much weight and don't worry about them other than that. Sorry I'm not more help but he looks healthy to me! The only thing I would suggest is putting the hides back, getting rid of the light and only using the UTH and giving him a small bowl of Ca without D3 to munch on in addition to the Reptivite.

Here are pictures I just took of Hannibal with the penny. I was also hoping you could tell me male or female? I just noticed that the humidity in the tank is on 80! It has been rather humid here lately and I'm sure that is the reason. What can I do to get the humidity down in there? Please and thank you!

Looks like a small but healthy female. The picture isn't at the best angle though so I could be wrong. If you're spraying the tank stop. If the moist hide you have has a really big opening or a really large water bowl that could add to the humidity. I would get a smaller water bowl or different moist hide. More ventilation and less things that can evaporate in your tank are usually the best ways to decrease humidity.
