Usually when I do this (a lot!) it's after midnight and I am the only one up! Even worse than the meal worms.....a tub of 1,500 superworms...yikes

Ohh nooo! I have just dropped a couple hundred mealworms before.... that was not fun, I can only imagine more than that.

noooooooo, i knocked one in my sock draw once and some must have escaped under the wardrobe coz i while later i just kept finding beetles crawling roung my room :S

hahaha, yeah the cleanup is done. They are quick when they see freedom! I'm still finding them under my rack and stuff. I'm guessing it was about 1000.

Brutal! Been there, done that, so I can empathize completely! Glad you managed to catch most of them, and yes, if you find any beetles in the next little while, you'll know what was missed.
