Not a good day...

I found out today that one of my best friends had a stroke and is in the hospital. He had just had heart surgery to bypass a damaged vessel. He was recovering well and everything seemed ok, we don't know yet whether or not the stroke is related to the surgery... or if its even a stroke. I really hope he is ok... this is so not cool... :bigcry: and the worst part is all I can do is pray...

Thankyou. Apparently it was a mini-stroke and he was taken to a hospital to keep an eye on him in case (god forbid) it got worse. Other than that no new info .

Ok they just got back to me, he is ok and is being kept overnite for tests, but if all goes well he should come home tomorrow. Thank god!
