I was given two geckos and told one was male and one was female. I have no idea how old they are, but I am guessing only a couple years old. I've had them since August 2006. The female is really fat, but I'm not sure if that means she is pregnant or not. I tried looking, and I cannot see any eggs inside of her. I have not seen any mating between the two. Once I found the male on top of the female but it looked like they might have just been laying like that and not trying to breed. Are there any other ways to tell if she is pregnant? I plan on keeping them together. Is it inevitable that they will mate or do some pairs just not mate? Any advice would be very helpful! Thank you!
