Not eating, at least I don't think so...

Well my Crestie I got a few weeks ago is getting thinner, and thinner.

I put CGD in his tank every night but it stays the same every night.

I've tried putting in crickets and meal worms but those go un touched too.

He's still very, very skittish, he much prefers to be left alone.

But I took him out today and put the lid of CGD in front of him and he was eating like he had never eaten before, for a good ten minutes, he almost ate an entire lid full.

I haven't seen much poo in his tank, only a few times when I first got him and was giving him CGD from a spoon to see if he liked it.

Should I just keep putting the lid in there and not feeding him?

3 weeks still is not all that much time if he is eating the cgd he should be fine. I would keep feeding him that and offer him crickets as well try not dusting them at first

Is hand feeding it to him bad? haha

I know he probably won't starve himself, it's just painful too see him kind of, well, shrinking.

Have you weighed him? can you take pictures that will better help

I havn't weighed him, I can't find a grams scale up here except at the pet store where they use to weigh treats haha.

I'll try to get a picture, he doesn't really like to be held so he can be pretty fast.
