Your hot side is a little low. It should be somewhere between 88-93F. Try bumping that temp up a wee bit and see if that helps. From your answers though, nothing else seems out of the ordinary. It could also be relocation stress from moving in to a new tank.
Being by himself won't make him depressed. Leopard Geckos are solitary creatures and definitely live and thrive better when in their own enclosures.

As long as he does not begin to show other detrimental symptoms such as lethargy, abnormal stools, significant weight loss (all symptoms indicative of a bigger problem) I see no reason to worry at this point. It sounds like he might just be stressed by the new enclosure and needs some time to settle in. This is extremely common with many reptiles, and some can go many weeks before accepting food when relocated.

Also, as already mentioned, low temperatures can result in suppressed appetite in reptiles, so optimal temperatures are very important. 90-94 degrees F is preferable.

Leopard geckos can go a very long time without eating, those chubby tails aren't for nothing. It acts as a vital fat and nutrient reserve when food is scarce, and can sustain the gecko for a long time. I'd give it another week or so before I'd start to become concerned, keep offering food and see if he accepts any. As of now, since your description of him and his behaviors don't seem indicative of a bigger problem, I don't believe it's anything to worry about.

And I completely advise and agree with housing geckos individually. In doing so, a multitude of potential health problems can be eliminated.

Alright I turned up the thermostat, so hopefully that will help, I just tried feeding him again what I found strange is that if I hold him and then put the super worm by the side of his mouth he will open. and it gives me a chance to put the tip by his mouth and he will eat it..he kept doing that for the 4 worms..

So... I'm confused... are you force-feeding him?

Well I'm not forcing his mouth open .. I just put the worm to the side of his mouth and when it touches him he'll open his mouth and i just put the tip of the worms head when he opens and he'll start eating it.
