My baby leopard gecko Gypsy is not eating her shed skin. It is laying around in pieces in the tank. My other one Ripsi shed and I didnt even know she did it until I noticed some stuck on her toes so I assume she ate hers. Is this normal for them not to eat it? She is acting normal otherwise. Just wondering.

Any gecko, no matter what age, will not eat any skin that lands on the ground (for some reason they only like their freshly shed skin that is coming directly off of their body)... If you found some pieces here and there, she just didn't want to eat it and is most likely perfectly fine. If all of her skin appeared to be uneaten, and this happens again the next time she sheds, I would be a little concerned.
