Not impressed at all...

I ordered 20ft of heat tape last Friday (8/20) to finish out my baby rack. Im not in a huge rush but I would have liked it sooner than later. Well the online company I ordered from is on the West coast and Im on the East coast so I figure 5-7 days ground shipping. Figured I 'd see it in the mail today but instead I get a email from the company saying it has been shipped. What?:main_angry: It took them a whole week to ship it? Now I have to wait another week in shipping.:main_rolleyes: Not impressed with this online company and won't order from them again.

Sorry needed to vent having a bad Friday and this just pissed me off further.

Who did you order it from? I bought 7 feet yesterday from my local reptile shop for what I can get it online

Others have said they have had good business with them so I dont want to bash the online store, I wont be naming them.

What local store did you go to for heat tape/flexiwatt? Was it Zoo Creatures in Plaistow,NH?
