Not pooping! - Newbie post

My little one hasn't pooped for almost 3 days. Is this normal? She looks just a little bloated to me as well. (I've only had her for 1 week). She is eating......she's had 3 supers & 1 cricket over the last 3 days. Her previous owner told me all he gave her was criks and the occasional pinky. Is it possible she's constipated from a change in her diet since I've thrown supers into the mix? (She seems to like them and I'm also ordering her some mealys and silks tomorrow). Other than the no poop issue, she seems healthy and active.... although I think she's getting ready to shed.
Should I be worrying? Sad

I'm sure she is just fine. she has'nt eatin that much. a warm soak sometimes make them go.

I'm not to sure about this but when mine wouldn't poo I gave her a drop or 2 of mineral oil on her mouth to lick off, also gave her warm water soak 15-20 minutes in a bowl and a couple days later she finally went poop.

What substrate do you have her on? How are her temps? She needs a warm spot (90-92) for her tummy to digest her food properly.

Her substrate is paper towel (although I'm debating changing it to ultra fine sand and/or slate since she's full grown) and both her warm and cool temps are perfect. I gave her her first ever humid hide last night and she loves it.... She was still lounging in it this morning! Her previous owner neglected to provide some very important things for her like extra calcium (I've got), multiV's (getting 2nite), variety in diet (doin' it) and proper heating (taken care of)! She's already a much happier girl.... but still no poop again overnight! :main_no:
