It's been about 3 days since my female has pooped. She's not on a sand substrate and is in quite good care. She hasn't been eating much either...
The temps are 87-92 on the warm side and around 80 on the cool side...any help is appreciated.

What has she been eating in the past? Maybe change feeders to stimulate her appetite. Urinating? Might try a warm soak bath if she does not go soon. Mine waited three days, and then had a HUGE poop.

I suggest changing the feeders as well, but don't feed until she poops. She doesn't need more food in her. I would give her a warm bath (at least 15-20 minutes), a tummy massage, and a drop or two of mineral oil (if you don't have mineral oil, use olive oil). Also raise the temps. Try not to let them drop below 90. It's best to have the temps at 92-96F IMO.

so she still hasn't pooped. I havent given her a warm bath yet, what if she doesnt stay in the water? whats the best way to give a gecko a bath like that? how do i feed her the oil? she always seems to be sitting in the corner of her hide so her body is shaped like an S. i go to touch her and she doesn't move at all, takes some force to get her out of her position. what could be going on? she can't be impacted...hasn't been living on sand. she was eating just fine and pooping just fine until about 5 days ago now...

This is normal, usually. Sometimes my leos poo everyday, sometimes once a week. It's nothing to worry about most of the time--you can check under their belly, too, to check for impaction if it gets to be too long.
