not really "field" herping

i wasnt really field herping but really i was lawn mowing. it started yesterday when we were putting the cover on the lawn mower a 1.5 foot garter snake fell out and scared my dad to death. it was hillarous.
today when i was mowing my yard today and i saw a 2.5ft garter. i tried to get a picture but lawnmower is bumpy. lol. next time i will try to get a picture for you guys. the stripe down the backs of these things was insane.

once i found a huge garter, it was over three feet, thats not just an estimate i measured it
