Well, my AsNi girl laid her first 2 clutches fine -- 2 eggs each.
Placed her back with Gollum. Got one egg on 5/7 - don't know if I interrupted the laying process when I found the one egg - as I know she was "with 2 eggs". The 2nd egg appears to have hardened a bit inside her. She doesn't seem to be in much distress. Eating, drinking, moving about the cage. Just not eating as much. Should I start soaking her in hoped of her passing it instead of trying to reabsorb it? I can't quite tell if she's trying to ovulate with the other ovary or not yet. She's been like clockwork between the 3 clutches 17/18 days.
This is my first breeding attempt!
Day 44 on the first clutch at about 83 degrees give or take a few degrees during the day. (Was trying to temp sex until the pet rat reached thru her cage and ate the thermometer wires so now I don't have min and max temp!)
