Which are the most nutricious? Crickets or Mealworms? I heard mealworms aren't too nutricious?

no livefood is nutritious if it isn't gutloaded well mealworms have a higher chitin content, protein wise there's not much difference to crix ~ personally I prefer to feed a mixed variety of well gutloaded livefood ~ locusts (hoppers), crix and mealworms

What do you gutload yours with? I didn't even realise you're supposed to gutload mealworms - this site is so useful

fresh green veg, fruit (apples, pears etc) .. and all livefood should be gutloaded

Crickets have more nutritional value, and can be gutloaded. Mealworms are larvae, and will not gutload. It's always a good idea to feed ANY live insect feeders good, healthy food!

Yeah, crickets are more nutritional value. Mealworms are just easier, to breed, and feed.
