Odd behavior

Since Obi's passing I've noticed some odd behavior on Dante's part. I don't know if it is because of loosing his cagemate, the parasites, or a combination of the two. Normally he would spend most of his day in the warm and occasionally wander over to the moist hide (where Obi normally was 95% of the time), now he spends 100% of the time in the moist hide and hasn't set foot in his warm hide since.

Also...

Since moving Loki to her brand spakin' new 10 gallon tank, I fear that she might have gotten the parasites too since she was in the other half of the 20 gallon. Since moving to the new tank, which happened several weeks ago, she has had a declining appitite. At this point she hasn't eatten in about a week and a half...totally unlike her. Normally the cricket or mealie doesn't even have time to bounce before it's gobbled up. I've estimated her at being about 6-7 months old (judging from my current "zoo", she was roughly Dante's (who's between 3-4) size.). When do they usually start ovulating? Either way we're hoping to aquire a sample and have a fecal done and a vet visit on Weds. if we can be squeezed in.

I'm pretty paranoid with all of my little ones at this point, given the past week's events, but I'm hoping I'm just being overly pessimistic and things start straightening out.

Not really sure on this one.
But perhaps Dante always preferred the moist hide, but wouldn't use it at Obi was always in there?

Not sure about Loki, could be any number of things really, Im not sure about ovulation.

The only thing I can think of, or what I would do before trying anything else is to clean out Loki's tank completely, and re-arrange the "furniture" when you put it back in.
This should give her a bit of interest in her surroundings again, as they'll always spend a while exploring ... maybe try that and then try feeding her. I think that's what I would try, but geckos are creatures of habit, so this might cause undue stress ... im not sure on this one.

Both of my geckos stay in the warm hide. My female will walk over to the cool side for a drink once in a while, but then she goes back to the warm side. I know it's not too cold in there, in fact it could be too warm. The cool side is around 82-84! This is too high right?

I've seen some variations for the cool side. Roughly 75-80ish I suppose would be ok. But it depends on the individual. I have some who are always on the cool side, then other who are always on the warm side, ect.
