odd leopard gecko behavior

Last september I purchased three juvenile geckos from a breeder at a reptile show. All three of them are reported heathy by the vet. Yet still, my one female, Roo, still continues to concern me. I glanced at her one night and saw her quickly, whip her head to the side and make the noise they make when upset/angry. I had heard the noise weeks prior, but was convinced it was my rabbit sneezing... Figuring out that the odd noise was her I've become more worried, and notice it more often. The other two geckos don't make the noise, and they are all in their own tanks (otherwise things just do not go well). I was told Roo was just arguing with her reflection, causing stress. But no, I put up paper all around her tank, and the noise still persists. I have no ideas at this point, I'm hoping that someone can help!

Thanks!
:)

Is she some sort of enigma morph? They sometimes develop neurological problems :(

I asked the breeders if the geckos will develop any type of neurological problems, like cocking the head, spinning in circles, and they said that the geckos do not carry the trait. :worried:
I know she is a subspecies, the Afgan one.

Was the gecko showing these issues at the time of the vet visit or was the visit when you first got them?
Does the gecko still eat, poop, and put on weight normally like the other two? Is there anything different about this geckos setup that's not in the others (Type of hides, water dish, ect.). Only reason I ask is there could be some item in the setup that is causing the reaction.
Keep in mind I am not a vet, nor do I claim to be.

That's Roo, when I first got her.

I started noticing the odd behavior a week or so after getting her. The behavior did not happen during the vet visit. And if anything, she is slightly more pudgy than the other two. Additionally, i think she poops more than the other two do. She gets angry when i don't feed her on time, so eating isn't the problem either. The only odd habit she has is that she doesn't sleep as much as the other two. Roo has a habit of tipping, and missing the food... I'm pretty sure she is partially blind. The set ups of the tanks is generally the same. The only difference between Roo's cage and the other two is that she doesn't have spagnum moss in her hut (due to problems with her eating it), and her water bowl is a different shape. But she has a thing for her waterbowl, if i switch it i might make her very upset. I mean, all three of them have different set ups, but they all have huts, a rock to scrape molt off and a waterbowl.

Thank you for you help!!

Define "huts." Does she have a warm hide, a cool hide, and a humid hide?
