Odd red blotches on crested head?

I went into my rep room to water my cresteds earlier and decided to turn the light on and take some pics. Well I noticed some red spotting on my 11-12 month old female dalmatian. About two weeks ago she had some shed that was stuck on her face for a little bit, maybe a day or so. Well now I see this and don't know what to think could this be a relation or has anyone seen this before?
Thanks in advance for any info!
BTW temps stay steady at 72-74f Humidity goes from a low of 40 and will(with misting, a lot) stays around 55-65

It looks like an injury that one of mine had. Some how he scratched his head and it left a mark like that and later healed became an obvious scar. The scar started to fade as time has gone by and is not too noticeable now. I put a VERY small amount of triple antibiotic ointment on mines scratch and it did not get infected or anything. If you have a vet you can ask and see if this would help.

As Tap suggested. I would take it to a vet who can treat reptiles. I'm curious to know myself just incase. Is there anything in your tank your crested's could injure themselves on? Other guests in the tank with him? Hopefully its nothing serious.

There is 2 other crested in with her. I have only seen one sign of aggression in there, it was during feeding so I wrote it off. As far as the ointment goes what would be the best? just some non medicated neosprene?
Thanks for the help guys or gals!

I used regular neosporene. But I talked to someone about it first (not a vet but someone who was very very experienced with cresteds). You should call a vet though. Many vets will give suggestions over the phone no charge. If you do use neosporene though use a very small amount and keep it away from eyes and ears. And put just the thinest firm on it. If you put too much it could run into the eyes or ears. Again I still suggest you call a vet first or you could just wait a little bit and if it is healing fine on its on you will not have to do anything.

there is another female and then a unsexed one
I bought some neosprene and was going to put some on but it seems to be already healing fine on its own. I will look again tomorrow night, but I don't think I need to do anything. Thank you all for your help!
