Ohio Breeders, i need some help

Is there any type of license or any other paper work that i would have to get to be able to legally sell geckos?

nothing that I know of. I breed/sell, and have had no license/problems.

Well to sell just about any product "Legally" you do need a sellers permit. But to be honest I`m not sure what you would need in Ohio.

no one that i know has any kind of permit. unless they are selling things like african servols. then you have to get an fda liscense. if you are worried about uncle sam just make sure you include the income and expenses of breeding on your tax forms.
