Ohio Weather, Fluctuating Temps

This weather is going from hot to cold hot to cold. There was a 30 degree High/Low difference the other day its tossing the temp of my Hova incubators around. If we attached a thermostat to one of these guys, how would that work? Just feed the probe through the small hole and crank the incubator?

I agree these temperature swings are ridiculous here. I would get a proportional thermostat (I recommend herpstat by spyder robotics) and place the probe inside the incubator. Another option is building your own incubator.... I've hatched a lot of eggs using a homemade cooler incubator.

Most definitely!

You may even be able to remove the wafer thermo after you're done incubating. You won't need it any longer if you're using that Spider Robotics.

Awesome! Any cheaper ones that would work as well? I won't go cheap if it will cause problems, just want to know all of my options.
