I am so sorry you lost 'Gex'. I think 14 years with a beloved pet is something to be thankful for! His photo depicts him as a healthy, robust, and happy fellow... surely because you loved him and have him a wonderful life. It hurts so bad to have such an empty hole in our hearts when we lose a living creature that was in our lives for so long, but there comes a part of the grieving process where we can look back and say, "Wasn't that great!"

I hope you will be able to look back on those years with Gex and feel the same way...
