One gecko bullied and not eating

One of my 2 geckos isnt eating.

The one that is eating is slightly bulkier and is more active.
she eats very healthy.

The other one that isnt eating is a bit scrawny and hides 90% of the time and usually has her eyes closed.

I got them about a week ago and the lady that owns her own reptile business never said anything about them having problems. They both looked fine in the tank, and said they were eating half inch crickets. They arent too old, maybe a month old AT MOST. So when I go to feed them, I put a little container with about 10 mealworms and only the one that eats with get them. The other one kind of hides away...

I tried feeding her individually but she just wont eat...

Tank details:

I have a 150 Watt Flukers 8.5'' Clamp Lamp with a 100 watt heatglo infrared bulb. Subtrate is repti-carpet. There is a humid hide, and a hide on both of the cold and hot side. The temp usually stays around 80-85 Degrees F. Their is a calcium dish and a waterbowl. On the hot side there is also a medium 8 watt UTH for digestion. I dont handle them much because someone said wait for them to get use to their environment for 2-3 weeks.

So if anyone could help me with my one Leo that isnt eating, it would be greatly appreciated.

Luke.

Leos really need belly heat and temps around 95° to be at their best.

Get an Under Tank Heater (UTH) for your leos.

The most common cause of not eating is that it is too cool for them.

They have a UTH... I said above. But the temps never reach above 85. How can I add the extra 10 degrees?

what kind of thermometer are you using? as long as your floor temps are around 93-96 and the ambient air temps are around mid 80's you should be fine.

Separate the geckos. Since they are small, they may need a smaller spaces to feel secure. Try putting the food under the hide with them when separated. I know it is fun to watch them eat, but sometimes they need to feel secure.
