One More Time

I have been keeping Leos for over 10 years now and have not really done much pairing but when I have in the past-the eggs never hatched or the one baby that i did hatch out died
This of course has been extremely frustrating for me so for the longest time- I have just been content enjoying my Leos for the beautiful creatures that they are

But with seeing all of the lovely babies that are being hatched by you all here I decided to give breeding one more shot

In the past -I was using a hovabator(which worked fine for my Beardie eggs) with no thermostat and I believe that might have contributed to the lack of eggs hatching
Also-
I have (over the past year) changed supplements from LeopardGeckoDust to Herptavite/Calcium with D3 and still using my cuttle bones for plain calcium
I have a much better incubator now -with a good proportional thermostat

I decided the other day to put 2 of my Leos together and see what happens

The male is from Jeanne-you all might remember her "Mack Daddy" and the female is a virgin Bell (Bliss) that I have raised from a small baby from Paul Allen
I believe that she is around 2 years old now
So the stock/genetics are good

The intro was not "love at first sight" but I am hopeful as the male is a proven breeder many times over

Wish me luck guys-this will probably be my only pairing for a while as I did also put my Beardies-Harry and Sally together on the same day as I had been planning to do when they got close to 2 years of age

So I am also hoping for Beardie babies this summer
I have had no problems in the past hatching and raising Beardie babies-and I would just love to see some baby Leos coming out of eggs this summer
:D
Sandy
PS-any thoughts on what else I might do to improve my chances for babies is greatly appreciated
